ANGELA HILARIO
Angela Hilario was born and raised in Queens, New York. A writer since she could hold a pencil, she wrote her first story in the third grade about a girl who could talk to her dog and sold her first book made up of staples and construction paper for fifty cents in the fourth grade. Her first “real” novel, KALEIDOSCOPE’S LIGHT, was published in 2017.
She founded media company Hollis House, LLC in 2019, and wrote/directed/produced/acted in her first feature film QUARANTINE, ACTUALLY which won Best First Feature at the Toronto International Nollywood Film Festival.
Throughout her twenties, she participated in numerous pageants and is a former Miss World Hawaii 2020. When she isn’t writing, acting, making films, or managing Hollis House, she works as a board certified behavior analyst having two master’s degrees and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She loves Star Wars, books, (adam driver), traveling, ballet, and is always on the hunt for delicious vegan/vegetarian food.
